CROSS CREEK INFORMATION

ROOMS
Meeting Rooms, Private Dining Rooms, and Exhibit Rooms are subject to a rental charge. Please check with our sales office for applicable fees. Cross Creek, with notification, reserves the right to revise the function room assignments.

CONSUMER ADVISORY (CHAPTER 46.423)
We are required by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture to provide the following information:
*Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

MENUS AND GUARANTEE
Our menus are suggestions. If you have special needs or requests, our staff will assist you in menu selection. We do require a finalized menu at least two weeks in advance. A 72-hour guaranteed number for all functions is required. Food will be prepared strictly to the guaranteed number provided by the customer. All food remains the property of Cross Creek Resort.

BEVERAGE SERVICE
Please note that alcoholic beverage sales are licensed and regulated by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. As a licensee, the Resort is responsible for compliance with these regulations. Therefore, it is our policy that no alcoholic beverages be brought into the Resort from outside sources.

LIQUOR LIABILITY
Cross Creek Resort carries liquor liability insurance as part of our general insurance package. In order to maintain our liquor liability policy, we must strictly follow the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with respect to the service of alcoholic beverages. No one under 21 years of age will be permitted to drink alcoholic beverages. Anyone of questionable age must provide proper identification (proof of age) to be able to consume alcoholic beverages. Anyone obtaining alcoholic beverages for a person under 21 years of age will be asked to leave the premises. Cross Creek Resort reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who we believe should not be served alcoholic beverages.

TAX AND GRATUITY CHARGE
Please apply 6% Sales Tax to all food and non-alcoholic beverages. Tax exempt organizations must present a copy of their tax exempt certificate. Please apply 20% Gratuity to all food and beverages.

WE REQUIRE A DEPOSIT WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF RESERVING A BANQUET ROOM. THE DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR FINAL BILL THE DAY OF YOUR FUNCTION. PLEASE NOTE: IF CANCELLED THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE
