Par View North, Pros Nest and Suites 132 & 167 are $20.00 additional per night plus tax.

ALL PACKAGE PRICES ARE PER PERSON BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY AND DOES NOT INCLUDE GRATUITY. SINGLE OCCUPANCY NOT PERMITTED. WEEKEND PACKAGES ARE ANY PACKAGES THAT INCLUDE A FRIDAY OR SATURDAY NIGHT STAY.

* Ala Carte menu substituted for buffet if house count is fewer than 40 people.

NO SINGLE OCCUPANCY

We understand that last minute cancellations are sometimes necessary. Two options apply for last minute cancellations, in either case the deposit is forfeited by the person cancelling.

1. Other occupant may remain single in room for an additional $50.00 charge per night.
2. Room is cancelled and the remaining occupant joins another pair for triple occupancy.

DEPOSIT POLICY

Golf Package Reservations- A $200 deposit per room is required for confirmation of a golf package with more than one night of stay.  A $100 deposit per room is required for confirmation of a golf package with only one night of stay. Deposits are applied toward the total due for your golf package. Non-Golf Package Reservations do not require a deposit, but a credit card must be on file to guarantee the reservation.
