When booking your reception you must have a $500.00 deposit to confirm the Emerald Room which will be deducted from your final bill the day of your event. In the event of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable. All balances must be paid the day of your event. We do not have any hidden fees or additional charges that you are not aware of up front.

*Bride and Groom complimentary overnight room.
*Special overnight room rates available for your guests.
*Chair covers and sashes are available for .00 per chair. We can provide white chair covers and sashes are available in a multitude of colors.
*All of our table linens and napkins are available in white. However, additional colors may be rented for a fee.
*Your reception room is available for five hours the day of your event. Any time over the five hours will be charged 0.00 per hour. You may come in the morning to decorate the day of your event or earlier if the room is available. We will have the room guaranteed by 9am on the day of the event.
*We ask that all candles have a contained flame.
*Your menu must be decided on at least 2 weeks prior to the event. A guaranteed count must be given 3 days prior.
*We slice and serve your wedding cake at no additional charge.
*When you choose a Buffet or served Dinner from our extensive menu the Banquet Space is provided at no additional charge. Hors D’oeuvre Receptions may be subject to a room rental fee.
*We offer Banquet Style, Buffet Style or our ultimate Feast Buffet which includes First Course, Choice of two to four Entrees, Vegetables and Accompaniments which includes a Beverage during the meal.
All food and beverage remain the property of Cross Creek Resort.

*A Full or Partial Bar can be provided depending on your budget. We can accommodate your wishes. Please note that all individuals under the age of 21 will NOT be served any alcoholic beverages.
